Zodeen / Reports that write themselves
The daily stand-up and the weekly report, written for you, with the evidence
Every morning the stand-up is ready. Every Friday the weekly status report builds itself from the plan, the updates and the live systems.
The problem
72% of project people spend half a day or more every month collating project reports by hand (Wellingtone, The State of Project Management 2026). And a report written from memory says what people remember, not what happened.
How it works
Daily stand-up
For each person: what they did, what is next and any blockers, plus Isabella’s notes on the plan. Ready at 8:00 in each person’s own time zone.
Weekly status report
The status and forecast, every workstream with its evidence (test runs, row counts, updates), the milestones, the risks and what leadership needs to decide.
Claude writes the prose
Zodeen computes every fact in the browser; Claude Sonnet 5.5 only turns them into plain English. It cannot change a number.
Read it, send it
Read it aloud, copy it, or send it to leadership on the day you choose.
An example: Friday at Brightway
- Priya opens the weekly report: Brightway app launch, week 7 of 12, on track for December 4 after Bob’s update.
- Each workstream shows its progress and where that came from: 40 of 46 backend tests passing, 1.19 million of 1.7 million records migrated, 146 commits this week.
- What leadership needs to decide is at the bottom, with Isabella’s recommendation.
- One click sends it to the leadership team.
The value
- Half a day a month back for every project person.
- Reports leadership can trust, because every line cites its source.
- Stand-ups without the meeting, in every time zone.
In the product
- The daily stand-up, by person: did, next, blockers.
- The weekly status report: status, forecast and the headline numbers.
- Every workstream line lists its evidence.
